All payments for our services must be made in accordance with the payment schedule outlined in the project agreement. Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension of services until payment is received.

5. Intellectual Property

All work created by us, including but not limited to designs, code, and content, remains our intellectual property until full payment is received. Once payment is complete, ownership of the final deliverables will be transferred to the client, unless otherwise agreed upon.

6. Revisions and Alterations

We offer a set number of revisions as specified in the project agreement. Additional revisions or changes outside the original scope of work may incur extra charges.

7. Confidentiality

We respect the confidentiality of our clients' information and will not disclose any confidential information to third parties without prior consent, except as required by law.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement at any time, subject to the terms of the project agreement. Upon termination, the client is responsible for payment of all work completed up to the termination date.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Maharashtra, India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
